About The Position

Exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Lab Aide to work in Valley View Hospital's Laboratory! This role involves receiving and collecting lab specimens, performing phlebotomy and capillary sticks according to laboratory procedure, and registering patients and entering orders amongst other responsibilities. The schedule offers 3 12-hour evening shifts a week with rotating weekends.

Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent
Basic computer and filing skills
Ability to order tests accurately
Eligible to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

One (1) year phlebotomy experience preferred

Responsibilities

Receive and collect lab specimens
Perform phlebotomy and capillary sticks according to laboratory procedure
Register patients and enter orders
