Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience in employment law defense litigation in California.
Highly motivated and responsive with excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Value a collaborative team environment and be prepared to work independently.
Assume significant responsibilities.
Juris Doctor degree.
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of California.
Must have a California bar license.
Meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.

Nice To Haves

Class/collective action experience is preferable.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

Join a dynamic team of highly regarded labor and employment lawyers.
Take on significant levels of responsibility, client interaction, and leadership roles.
Work on litigation and non-litigation matters for a wide range of clients.
Be involved in all aspects of practice, including pre-complaint investigations, case analysis, strategy drafting, and responding to discovery.
Take and defend depositions, handle motions and other court appearances.
Manage administrative matters before various state and federal agencies.
Run day-to-day aspects of arbitration and trials, mediations, advise and counseling.
Conduct legal research and writing on a wide variety of areas.
Engage in single-plaintiff EEO, PAGA, and other class/collective action litigation.
