This role sits within Jane's Clinic Finances and Products space, which is undergoing an exciting evolution. The team is splitting into two focused teams: Invoicing and Purchasables. Two Development Managers are being hired to lead this next chapter. Both teams are integral to Jane's mission, building and evolving products that clinics use for financial management, payments, invoicing, and offering products like packages, memberships, and gift cards. These are meaningful, customer-facing problems with significant business impact. The role offers a balance of joining a strong, established cross-functional group with healthy relationships, smart engineers, and ongoing important work, while also providing opportunities to elevate accountability, technical quality, systems thinking, and delivery. The work involves both foundational, interconnected tasks and strategic, customer-facing initiatives.
