We are seeking an experienced L2/L3 Support Engineer to provide on-site support for a client in NYC. The role has two components: (1) day-to-day end-user and infrastructure support, and (2) hands-on facilitation of an office move, including meticulous labeling of all network and server equipment and creation of a complete network diagram and port mapping to support relocation. The client maintains rigorous security compliance requirements that must be upheld at all times.
