About The Position

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures, and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales, and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma, GED or international equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and orally communicate in English and have the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to understand both verbal and written instructions, including the documentation for various models.
  • Ability to distinguish colors in accordance with the ISHIRA test for color blindness.
  • Basic Computer skills and understanding of the MS Office Suite.
  • Must have basic operational knowledge of how to use the equipment within the department.
  • Good manual dexterity and eye coordination.
  • Ability to see fine detail through a microscope.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role, is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain all required documents and verify the revision level of each.
  • Obtain the approved sample and verify its revision level.
  • Comply with ESD guidelines and regulations.
  • Verify part numbers against the documentation provided and ensure that the correct number of components was received.
  • Read and understand all instructions, following the work sequence shown on the documentation.
  • Perform the first piece, in-process, sampling, and final inspections following established procedures.
  • Meet production goals while following quality standards.
  • Verify, complete, and sign the required documentation provided on the tablet.
  • Fill out the sampling inspection form in accordance with model’s classification.
  • Recognize the difference between acceptable and non-acceptable results and units.
  • Understand and follow all relevant written and verbal instructions in the model’s documentation.
  • Report any non-conformities to the Group Supervisor or Assistant Group Leader.
  • Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Abide by Company’s Code of Conduct.
