About The Position

Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications. 1. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems. 2. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance. 3. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. 4. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities. 5. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Kyriba modules, particularly Cash Management, Payments, Bank Account Management, Reporting and Connectivity.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, cash pooling, bank connectivity, file transmission protocols (SWIFT, Host-to-Host, APIs, SFTP), encryption methods, and digital certificates.
  • Strong understanding of treasury and cash management practices, financial instruments, liquidity management, and financial processes.
  • Experience with ERP-to-TMS integration and data mapping.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills for complex business and technology scenarios.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications, with experience in full-cycle implementations.
  • Kyriba certifications in Cash Management, Payments, and Connectivity are highly valued, if not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute end-to-end implementations of Kyriba's Payment Factory and related treasury modules, including Cash Management, Payments, Bank Account Management, and Connectivity.
  • Implement and maintain payment formats within the Kyriba platform, ensuring compliance with global financial standards and bank requirements.
  • Oversee and improve bank connectivity, including SWIFT, Host-to-Host, and API integrations, and ensure secure data exchange with financial institutions.
  • Design, configure, and optimize payment approval processes and workflows, incorporating additional approvals if required.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve payment and communication challenges, configuration issues, and integration problems to maintain seamless treasury operations.
  • Support data migration, ensure accuracy of static and transactional data, and build and manage static data (entities, bank accounts, counterparties).
  • Enable integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle) and other financial applications using Kyriba's connectivity protocols.
  • Improve reporting tools and processes to support cash forecasting, monitor payment activity, and develop dashboards using Kyriba's Business Analytics features.
  • Advise clients on best practices in payment processing, financial transactions, and liquidity management leveraging Kyriba tools.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support, guiding clients on Kyriba best practices and optimization strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
