This role will be responsible for promptly and professionally processing KWIK Call (will call) orders with the highest level of customer service, accuracy, and minimal wait times while actively seeking to improve processes, increase efficiency, and maintain a safe working environment. This will include picking and staging customer orders for pick-up, stocking shelves, and reviewing previously staged orders to ensure accuracy. This position will also back up the Counter Sales as needed to write orders, take payments, and coordinate product delivery. Culture fit is extremely important to us.
