Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (extra credit for legal studies or admin coursework).
- 2+ years of experience in data entry or order processing (legal or corporate experience = bonus points).
- Laser-sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
- Awesome organizational and time-management skills—you keep your cool under pressure.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with order processing software.
- Great written and verbal communication chops.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with care.

Responsibilities
- Process 35–40 orders per day with precision and speed.
- Review & Verify: Double-check that all required documents and fees are in place—nothing slips through the cracks.
- Dot Every ‘i’: Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and polished.
- Customize Forms: Prep client-specific forms that are tailored to each firm and case.
- Final Touches: Review final request packages to ensure every piece is perfect and professional.
- E-File Like a Pro: Submit legal documents quickly and accurately to the appropriate courts.
- Professional Outreach: Communicate clearly and professionally with opposing parties via email.
