Purchase Order Processing Specialist
About The Position
Greenfield is looking for a Purchase Order Processing Specialist to join our growing team. This is not a “warehouse” or “retail” order processing role. Successful candidates MUST have experience in a professional office environment processing purchase orders for other businesses primarily through email and some phone. Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Working in a professional office environment processing orders for other businesses.
- Ability to work independently, as well as with multiple departments
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in computer programs such as Outlook and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
- Auditing and processing orders that arrive via email, fax, or mail
- Ensure all required regulatory information is received, reviewed, and properly documented to prepare orders for shipment
- Record customer information within our database
- Email required documentation to customers
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner and properly address concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company and department processes
- Taking inbound calls
