KVCC Dean of Facilities and Operations
About The Position
The Dean of Facilities & Operations reports to the College President and works closely with the Dean of Finance and Administration. This position is responsible for the planning and oversight of all aspects of capital project development and implementation that coordinates with the College’s strategic plan, including compliance with all relevant facility procedures, permits, inspections and reports for both the Fairfield Campus and the Alfond Campus. Additionally, the Dean assures all safety measures, procedures and protocols are implemented and followed to provide a safe environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in project management and/or facilities management
