The show delivers smart analysis, real accountability, and debate that matters to Arizona, airing live weekdays 2pm to 6pm on 92.3 FM, streaming on the KTAR YouTube channel, and distributed across KTAR.com, the KTAR News app and other on-demand platforms. Position Overview The Producer is the creative and logistical engine behind Outspoken with Bruce & Gaydos, responsible for shaping each day’s show from concept to distribution. This role requires a news-driven storyteller who can ideate compelling content, capture and edit audio and video, book high-caliber guests, and ensure finished content reaches every platform where the audience lives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, live broadcast environment and brings strong editorial instincts paired with hands-on multimedia production skills. Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion. This position is an in-studio, onsite role that requires the employee to regularly work at our Phoenix site. The producer’s schedule will align with the show’s live broadcast window, with prep time beginning earlier in the day. Some flexibility for breaking news or special event coverage may be required.
