About The Position

FeldCare Connects is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Korean speaking Physical Therapy to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages. This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Porter Ranch and the surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
• Current license issued by the state board of Occupational Therapy as an Occupational Therapist
• The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
• Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy as a Registered Occupational Therapist
• Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Reliable personal transportation
• Smartphone
• Speak Korean

Responsibilities

• Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes to the patient's condition.
• Determine the plan of care.
