About The Position

Collision Counseling Clinic is expanding and seeking a Korean Speaking Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join their team. The role focuses on providing exceptional care, particularly to clients impacted by trauma, stress, or life-altering events such as car accidents or chronic pain. Requirements

  • Licensed in Washington State as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW, or Associate Counselor.
  • Comfortable conducting therapy in English and Korean.
  • Able to maintain accurate, timely documentation in EHR systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled in trauma-informed care, CBT, EMDR, or related modalities.
  • Experience working with injury-related trauma, PTSD, or somatic symptoms.
  • Bilingual or culturally competent clinicians.
  • Interest in leadership, program development, or clinical training.
