About The Position

The ideal candidate will perform in the role of a Korean Instructor – Senior level CAT III with the required teaching experience and learning methodology. You will need to have excellent language skills and work under the direction of experienced trainers. Instructors will provide 3 to 5 hours of instruction daily in course related material at S/L/R from 0 to 3. In addition to your teaching curriculum the ideal candidate will engage in tester training to become a certified language tester and conduct 3 to 4 languages per week. All instructors must be able to develop class materials, training aids to meet the needs for your classes. This position has the responsibility to instruct students in speaking a foreign language and assimilate the country and its surroundings in order to teach the culture through concise communication. Lastly, you will be required to ensure professional performance during working hours.

Requirements

  • Near native proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in Korean
  • Near native proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English
  • Good understanding and familiarity with current events where the regional dialects are spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or Language preferred
  • At least two year of teaching, or 8 to 12 years of prior relevant experience.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
