About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Korean Bilingual Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our WAN and LAN network infrastructure, ensuring stability and efficiency. This role involves operating and supporting data center network infrastructure, collaborating with head office engineers on joint IT projects, and configuring various network devices. You will also play a key role in supporting and maintaining network security appliances and ensuring network systems comply with security policies.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with WAN & LAN network operations.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Data Center network infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and network services.
Proficiency in managing routers, enterprise switches, and data center switches.
Experience with Application Delivery Controllers (e.g., F5, Citrix NetScaler).
Working knowledge of internet security systems such as firewalls and proxies.
Ability to analyze, configure, and install network and computer systems.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
Bilingual: Korean and English (both written and verbal proficiency required).

Nice To Haves

CCNA certification or equivalent experience is required

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot WAN and LAN network infrastructure.
Analyze network performance and implement improvements to ensure stability and efficiency.
Operate and support data center network infrastructure, including core and edge switches.
Collaborate on joint IT projects with head office engineers.
Configure and manage routers, switches, and Application Delivery Controllers (ADC).
Support and maintain network security appliances (firewalls, proxies, etc.).
Perform network diagnostics and resolve complex technical issues.
Document network configurations and processes.
Ensure network systems comply with security policies and best practices.
