About The Position

The Korean Bilingual Financial Analyst will manage budgets for responsible departments, handle month and year-end forecasting and closing, and monitor financial trends and expenditures. This role involves maintaining forecasting accuracy by analyzing variances, analyzing expenses by timeframe, and managing department budgets with ROI/cost comparisons. The analyst will also review and update workflows based on company policy, prepare ad-hoc reports, manage the investment module for the Mobile Division, and oversee the end-to-end sample process. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records of samples, coordinating with cross-functional teams to collect end-of-life samples, ensuring proper sample tracking, preparing sample reports, and managing sample returns, recycling, or disposal according to company policy. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in the sample management process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related preferred, but open to any majors
  • 1 to 3 years job related experience
  • Must have finance or accounting or business planning experience utilizing ERP system
  • Bilingual in Korean required (read, write, speak)
  • Must have Microsoft Office Suite of PC software applications experience with moderate Excel spreadsheet preparation skills
  • The ability to prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects, issues and activities.
  • Manage tasks, time and allocate resources effectively
  • Ability to communicate in writing, and orally, financial data to others.
  • Ability to independently or as a team member achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within well-established policies and administrative procedures

  • Prepare sample reports and maintain documentation for audit or refence system
  • Manage sample returns, recycling, or disposal according to company policy
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in the sample management process
