About The Position

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of their office and facilitating effective communication and coordination. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • English/Korean bilingual – business communications
  • Experience in a corporate or executive office setting

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Korean, or other languages) are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare and organize travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, events, and initiatives.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide support in preparing presentations, reports, and other confidential documents.
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
