About The Position

We are hiring Business Analysts across three focus areas — Finance & Business Planning, Business Operations, and Supply Chain & Logistics — supporting a global consumer electronics and mobile business. This role involves owning budgeting, forecasting, closing, KPI reporting, and ad-hoc analysis that drive decision-making for leadership. It also requires coordinating supply, inventory, production schedules, and claims across headquarters, factories, account teams, and cross-functional partners. The analyst will turn large datasets into clear, actionable reports and presentations using Excel, ERP/SAP, and BI tools. Korean/English bilingual communication is a strong advantage for coordination with global headquarters and cross-regional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
  • Entry level (0–3 years), Mid level (3–5 years), and Senior level (5–8+ years) candidates are all encouraged to apply.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and PowerPoint; Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP systems required for mid/senior level.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, financial literacy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate financial and operational data effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP, WMS, Access, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau a strong plus.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, telecommunications/wireless, logistics, or manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Korean/English bilingual (speak, read, write) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage department budgets; own monthly/annual forecasting and closing processes and maintain forecasting accuracy through variance analysis.
  • Prepare monthly managerial reports, P&L reviews, actual-vs-target gap analysis, and expense/cost-allocation monitoring using SAP (CO) or similar ERP.
  • Build and maintain financial models, scenario analysis, and projections; review projects with ROI/cost comparison.
  • Prepare financial reports on sales deductions, claims, aging, and other related metrics; support month-end closing with finance teams.
  • Manage investment modules, promotion/marketing investment approvals, software purchase orders, license activations, and manual invoicing as assigned.
  • Create, maintain, and publish weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports and KPIs to aid decision-making and business management.
  • Analyze large datasets (qualitative and quantitative) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; build dashboards and visualizations.
  • Evaluate promotions and sales programs through post-mortem analysis (forecast accuracy, efficacy, ROI) and recommend adjustments.
  • Act as liaison between business and IT/development teams: gather requirements, perform system analysis, and lead process improvements and system set-up (SKU creation, product mapping).
  • Support B2B service planning, strategic report preparation, executive presentations, meeting documentation, and escalation management.
  • Review contracts, cost proposals, and business processes; track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules.
  • Review weekly PO/SKU lists after GSCM MP updates; communicate with account teams and provide feedback to GOC/Factory on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor production schedules and daily inbound status (FG and bulk shipments), including follow-up with GOC team in Suwon office.
  • Manage and track Unavailable EOH/aging depletion (CRN, RB, Scrap) and consolidate account team depletion plans.
  • Develop daily/weekly/monthly analysis of warehouse, logistics, and transportation KPIs and costs; validate data with cross-functional teams.
  • Investigate claim requests, gather claims documentation, and communicate with vendors to recover on claims.
  • Manage end-to-end sample process: inventory tracking, cross-functional collection, returns/recycling/disposal, and audit documentation.
  • Publish weekly supply status and SCM day meeting content; support new product launch planning trackers and AI-related projects.
