About The Position

Korean-Bilingual Administrative Assistant Contract | Hybrid | Los Angeles, CA Pay: $22.00 per hour Are you a detail-oriented administrative professional who is fluent in Korean and experienced with invoicing and ERP systems? We're looking for a Korean-Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support accounting and administrative operations for a well-established beauty brand headquartered in Los Angeles. This is a full-time, hybrid contract opportunity with an initial 3-month assignment and the potential for month-to-month extensions based on business needs and performance.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in Korean and English (spoken, written, and reading)
  • 2–4 years of administrative experience with invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related administrative support
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Concur, or similar business software
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in the Los Angeles area

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with purchase order (PO) processing
  • Sourcing or procurement experience
  • Experience in the beauty, retail, consumer goods, or import/export industries
  • Experience supporting accounting or operations teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication in both Korean and English , especially when coordinating between internal teams and international partners.
  • Proven accuracy and consistency in high-volume data entry and financial documentation.
  • Problem-solving mindset —ability to identify discrepancies in invoices or POs and escalate or resolve them efficiently.
  • Adaptability to evolving workflows and new tools, especially as our ERP or operational systems mature.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive financial or proprietary information.

Responsibilities

  • File, collect, and organize invoices.
  • Submit invoices accurately through the company's ERP system.
  • Enter invoice and accounting data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Process purchase orders (POs) and maintain ERP records.
  • Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed.
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely processing of financial records.
