About The Position

We’re looking for a Knowledge Management Specialist to design, maintain, and continuously improve the frameworks that power our internal healthcare operations. You’ll own the accuracy, structure, and usability of our internal knowledge ecosystem — ensuring that every process, workflow, and SOP helps teams make faster, better-informed decisions. This role sits at the intersection of operations, documentation, and systems design. You’ll dive deep into how things work, identify where clarity breaks down, and turn complex workflows into precise, usable knowledge. It’s a highly visible individual contributor role with significant operational impact — not a managerial position, but one where your work influences how entire teams function.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, process documentation, or operational enablement — ideally in healthcare, tech, or other regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to turn complex, technical processes into clear, actionable documentation.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset and an analytical approach to process design.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple documentation and improvement projects simultaneously.
  • Stable wired internet connection (15+ Mbps)
  • Modern computer meeting or exceeding: i5 8th Gen or Ryzen 5 2000 series, 12GB RAM minimum (16GB preferred)
  • Noise-canceling headset, quiet workspace, and power backup

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and structure complex healthcare workflows into accurate, easy-to-follow SOPs and internal documentation.
  • Audit and refine our knowledge base to eliminate redundancies, close content gaps, and improve accessibility.
  • Act as the internal knowledge point of contact, identifying recurring questions or knowledge gaps and proactively resolving them through documentation updates or process improvements.
  • Partner with operations and compliance teams to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with real-world processes.
  • Continuously improve how our teams access and use internal knowledge, proposing structural or systemic enhancements.
