About The Position

The Knowledge Manager will support our government client by developing, maintaining, and improving organizational knowledge, business processes, governance documentation, and personnel-related information. The position will help document our government client division processes, maintain Front Office standard operating procedures (SOPs), support personnel services, analyze operational and personnel metrics, and lead special projects designed to improve efficiency and information flow across the directorate.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational analytics, document generation, and document review in a command environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience generating, maintaining, and analyzing personnel metrics for a federal entity.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience identifying operational bottlenecks, conducting workflow analysis, and implementing methodologies to improve efficiency.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience drafting, reviewing, implementing, and managing the lifecycle of SOPs, governance frameworks, and organizational policies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in document generation and review.
  • Experience leading complex, directorate-wide special projects from initiation through delivery using knowledge-management and tracking tools.
  • Experience authoring technical correspondence and analyzing and producing process improvements.
  • Background in data analysis and metrics.
  • Proven ability to serve as a connector between executive leadership and subordinate divisions, manage stakeholder communications, and support change management.
  • Experience compiling, submitting, and tracking personnel actions.
  • Candidate must possess a current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS//SCI) level clearance with CI polygraph.
  • US Citizenship is required

Responsibilities

  • Generate, update, maintain, and manage the lifecycle of our government client Front Office SOPs, governance frameworks, organizational policies, and related documentation.
  • Document business processes across our government client divisions and maintain accurate, current process and knowledge-management records.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, conduct workflow analysis, and develop and implement process improvements to increase organizational efficiency.
  • Generate, maintain, analyze, and present personnel metrics for a federal organization to support leadership awareness and decision-making.
  • Initiate and conduct complex, directorate-wide special projects from initiation through delivery and assist in developing solutions to organizational challenges.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the client Front Office and the client divisions, supporting stakeholder communication, coordination, and change-management activities.
  • Serve as a personnel services specialist, including compiling, submitting, and tracking personnel actions.
  • Draft, review, and coordinate technical correspondence and other command-level documentation.
  • Use approved knowledge-management and tracking tools to organize information, track actions, and support timely completion of directorate requirements.
  • Provide document generation, document review, operational analytics, and related Front Office support in a command environment.
