About The Position

As a senior knowledge manager, you know how to harness the latest technologies by developing low-code platforms and creating user-friendly solutions for your clients, and how to lead others to do the same. We’re looking for a solutions-oriented leader like you to support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready, solving our clients’ most complex challenges. At Booz Allen, you’ll broaden your skills in programming languages and databases, using little to no code to help us identify new techniques and improve the digital environment. You’ll use the latest cloud tools as you look for ways to support your team and develop creative solutions. Using your technical knowledge and your appetite to learn, you’ll work cross-collaboratively to help automate and accelerate cloud modernization and reduce system maintenance and development costs. You’ll be a team leader and trusted advisor to your clients as you help translate their IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices within the context of your client's mission. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience providing knowledge management support to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations by creating a knowledge management framework, including designing processes and protocol for storing, accessing, and updating information
  • Experience leading and directing various teams to achieve high-performance outcomes with DoD or IC agencies
  • Experience leading process improvement and modernization efforts to enhance governance, optimize business functions, improve AI capabilities, and promote collaboration
  • Experience with approaches and methodologies, including Human Centered Design, Lean, Agile, and UX technique, such as Journey Mapping, User Personas and Profiles, and Usability Testing
  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • Knowledge of business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint-based websites, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Management field and 8+ years of experience in a program management, all-source or IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis role, or 12+ years of experience in a program management, all-source or IC operations, or cross-functional business analysis role in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, web platforms such as SharePoint, and front-end customization languages like HTML, JavaScript, or CSS
  • Ability to work a non-standard or shift schedule
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • ITIL, Six Sigma, CMMI, or ISO Certification
