Requirements

  • Top Secret Clearance
  • BA Degree
  • Eight years of knowledge/content management
  • Eight years of experience administrative experience in at least two (2) of the following areas: Administrative Support, Content Management, Knowledge Management
  • Demonstrated expertise in SQL

Responsibilities

  • Provide resources to targeted high-priority studies that priority study analysts require to efficiently execute their analyses.
  • Collect, employ, and store metadata and details of all priority DOW studies; ensure appropriate metadata capture and organization to facilitate efficient and logical study discoverability.
  • Analyze feedback and metadata signals from internal customer relationship manager to improve support processes, implement improvements, and measure effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain database of historical and current DOW studies including detailed information on the study’s aim, tools leveraged, analysts involved, results/outcomes, etc.
  • Coordinate with JDS developers and content managers to improve and develop methodologies and techniques for capturing the metadata of key DOW studies.
  • Develop executive summaries and briefings, internal JDS coordination of study material, and posting/dissemination of products in a controlled access environment.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in key functional domains aligned to Deputy Secretary of War priorities.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze customer feedback monthly to improve quality of all product/service offerings and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and evaluate internal data signals and customer feedback weekly to improve support processes, implement improvements, and measure effectiveness.
  • Work with JDS product and support teams to develop and implement product/service improvement strategies.
