About The Position

KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security. KBR seeks a Junior Knowledge Manager to support the CAPE Joint Data Support (JDS) Division. CAPE JDS is a multi-source funded and OSD CAPE managed organization responsible for identifying, collecting, developing, analyzing, managing, and disseminating historical, current, and future years U.S. and Non-U.S. forces inventory, capabilities, and deployment data (including planning, programming, and acquisition data) supporting collaborative study teams guided by the Analysis Working Group (AWG). JDS develops standardized data products and analytic tools to support Joint analytic efforts focused on Senior Leader decision support. Additionally, JDS supports AWG led SCI/SAP/SAR studies and analyses. The Junior Knowledge Manager, as part of a team will be responsible for providing general administrative, clerical, and/or secretarial support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details. Performs routine and non-routine tasks including special projects.

Requirements

  • Must have an active Secret security clearance to be considered for the position
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two (2) years of knowledge/content management experience
  • Two (2) years of administrative experience in at least two (2) of the following areas: Administrative Support (Expertise in executive customer service, administrative support, scheduling, project management, relationship building, and communication), Content Management (Expertise in content creation/curation, strategic writing/communication, copy writing, marketing, and DoW access control), Knowledge Management (Expertise in change management, data analysis/management, large-scale content curation/management, and DOD business/content processes).
  • Demonstrated expertise in SQL.

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Two (2) years of administrative experience in at least two (2) of the following areas: Administrative Support (Expertise in executive customer service, administrative support, scheduling, project management, relationship building, and communication), Content Management (Expertise in content creation/curation, strategic writing/communication, copy writing, marketing, and DoW access control), Knowledge Management (Expertise in change management, data analysis/management, large-scale content curation/management, and DOD business/content processes).

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer/client/employee inquiries.
  • Perform other office administrative duties.
  • Interact with other support staff and departments to gather, supply, or coordinate information.
