Requirements

  • Proficient in SQL coding, Python libraries
  • Experience with Generative AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Claude, or equivalent AI tools
  • Experience with prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflow automation, and evaluation of AI-generated outputs
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficient with MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Share Point/ Teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a matrix environment and influence stakeholders
  • Quick learner
  • Strong attention to details
  • Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field
  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Demonstrated data analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in applying AI technologies to technical documentation, translation workflows, knowledge capture, content governance, and knowledge management processes

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to speak and write fluently or native speaker in one or more of these languages: Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese in addition to English

Responsibilities

  • Apply SQL and Python programming to cleanse, integrate, and analyze large datasets
  • Develop automated data-processing workflows and AI/ML-enabled solutions using Python and Generative AI technologies
  • Assist the knowledge management team to analyze and optimize publishing libraries content, document meta-data management activities
  • Monitor, analyze, and report KM KPIs and operational performance metrics
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver KM-related projects and solutions
  • Support KM Executives on strategic projects tracking and testing
