About The Position

Approves products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests. Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs. Monitors the activities of plant production and provides in-process audits of Renfro plants. Assures acceptable quality and issues timely reports on product quality audits. Conducts audits according to statistically sound sample plans to monitor the Zero Defects process daily. Evaluates set-up for all machine changes.

Requirements

• Basic education in reading, writing & mathematics.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment.
• Ability to recognize defects.
• Ability to work well with others; good oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Consistent daily attendance required.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to move between departments to interact with others.
• occasional off-shift support and limited travel required.

Responsibilities
