About The Position

Working as a team with others to produce various styles of knit caps. This is a fast-paced and detail-oriented role where you will maintain the highest acceptable quality in process and finished product.

Requirements

• Ability to work closely with other people.
• Punctual with a positive work attitude.
• Detail-oriented.
• Willing to cross-train in various positions.
• Some sitting, standing, walking, lifting (over 75 lbs.), bending, twisting, reaching, stretching, pushing, and pulling required.

Responsibilities

• Carefully review paperwork for daily orders, including quantities, colors, due dates, and any specific notes.
• Lift, pull, shove, and push boxes weighing 10-75 lbs.
• Place caps and scarves on a turning board and turn them inside out.
• Measure for accuracy and stack items in consistent piles to take to the sewing department.
• Cut fringe into specific measurements and count for inventory.
• Inspect the final product for accuracy before taking it to the next step.
• Perform other duties as requested.
