About The Position

The Kitting Specialist I is responsible for preparing and shipping trim and fabric items to contractors based on Master Production orders. This role ensures accuracy in kitting operations, supports contractor fulfillment, and maintains inventory integrity. The position requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse operations preferred.
Experience with handheld scanners and label printing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and ship trim/fabric items to contractors according to weekly Master Production orders.
Use computer systems, handheld scan guns, and reports to manage kitting tasks.
Print labels and tickets for contractor shipments.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of kitted items before shipment.
Fill in for contractor support roles as needed.
Maintain organized workstations and follow safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Support continuous improvement in kitting processes.
