Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Temporary Production Hand Packager/Finisher.
Requirements
- Experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a production setting
- Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines to perform job functions
- Solid attention to detail and ability to keep up with production expectations
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas with others
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
- Constantly operates machinery and handles printed materials
- Frequently required to move inside the facility
- Regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25+ pounds
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in packaging, assembly, or a similar production role
Responsibilities
- Assemble, bind, and package materials and products manually
- Perform basic quality checks such as measuring, weighing, package counting, and visual evaluation
- Fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and stack boxes on pallets as directed
- Follow established processes and instructions to complete daily work accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
