Requirements

Experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a production setting
Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines to perform job functions
Strong attention to detail and ability to keep up with production expectations
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas with others
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operates machinery and handles printed materials
Frequently required to move throughout the facility
Regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25+ pounds

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in packaging, assembly, or a similar production role

Responsibilities

Assemble, bind, and package materials and products manually
Perform basic quality checks such as measuring, weighing, package counting, and visual evaluation
Fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and stack boxes on pallets as directed
Follow established processes and instructions to complete daily work accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work area
