In this context we are looking for a Kitting Operations Technician to join our team in Dulles, VA.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 3 years prior production experience
• Ability to function and adapt in a fast-paced environment with flexibility
• Ability to understand and comply with Company Management System (CMS)
• Authorized to Work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Professional experience ideally as a Kitting Operations Technician
• Manufacturer training certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage in kitting operation using company guidelines, technical data and following the quality system ensuring compliance with Airbus Canada and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ensure individual parts documentation is accurate and bill of material received matched the manufacturer’s technical data.
• Participate in the registration and understanding of appropriate technical data following agreement with the Kitting Operations Supervisor.
• Participates in annual recurrent training specific to duties and other training as recommended by the Quality department and/or management.
