About The Position

The Facility Kitting Associate is responsible for the assembly of high quality kits created for emergency situations. This position requires an individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced clean work environment. As a Facility Kitting associate you are assembling the very kits needed to save lives every day in emergency situations. In this role your dedication to quality will truly drive product success.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two to four years of experience in warehousing preferred
• Experience with personal computer equipment
• Experience driving a forklift or other equipment is preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and individually
• Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Pick, package and shipment of medical supplies
• Follow all work instructions / procedures
• Follow all ISO documentation
• Adhere to all manufacturing best practices
• Assist with unloading freight shipments utilizing the forklift (after required training) and or pallet jack
• Process orders through FedEx and or other approved carriers
• Adhere to all regulatory procedure and guidelines
• Verify items for accuracy
• Assemble kits as directed in manufacturing area
• Maintain and update a record of the necessary components for each type of kit
• Additional job duties as assigned
