About The Position

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented employees to support manufacturing and packaging operations while maintaining high quality and operational standards. The ideal candidate is punctual, accountable, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Successful employees in this role demonstrate strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to follow work instructions and complete required training and certifications. Upon successful completion of Nuvia’s 90-day Introductory Period and meeting established performance, attendance, quality, and teamwork expectations, the pay rate will increase to $18.00 per hour.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing 30–40 lbs.
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand work instructions and training materials
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks and production priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
  • Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining productivity and quality standards
  • Must successfully complete required training, and on-the-job certifications (if applicable)

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but nor required
  • Previous warehouses, packaging, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus.
  • Basic scanning and inventory tracking experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills are a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and clean workstations before production to maintain product quality and compliance standards
  • Inspect product packaging and physical appearance to ensure quality expectations are met
  • Verify all required components and materials are properly staged, identified, and included in packaging
  • Identify and report damaged or non-conforming materials to the Quality team for quarantine procedures
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety requirements
  • Support production and packaging activities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift
  • Work collaboratively with team members, Leads, Supervisors, and Quality personnel
  • Travel to Nuvia’s Spanish Fork warehouse location as required by business needs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Lead and Manager
