Requirements

High School diploma or general education degree.
Ability to speak and understand the English language.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to be a creative thinker, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate with BIG team members whose project you are assigned in a professional and positive manner.
Ability to maintain a safe work environment.

Nice To Haves

Prior kitting experience a plus.
Prior customer service-related communication experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with creation of custom Kitting projects.
Kit creation involves building kits based on information provided in an assigned kitting ticket.
Ticket information includes elements such as: Products going into the kit, Packaging instruction with elements that are included, Quantity of kits, Dates/Deadlines for each kit to ship.
Ability to follow detailed directions.
Ability to partner with other kitting team members in a professional manner.
Ability to multi-task and potentially work on multiple kits at that same time.
Ability to lift packages that are up to 40lbs.
Ability to stand, lift, bend, for at least 8 hours of a day.
