Kitter/Inventory Specialist
About The Position
Omada International is seeking a Kitter/Inventory Specialist to support its aerospace manufacturing operations. This full-time role involves issuing and tracking parts, conducting daily cycle counts, and performing inspection functions to uphold Quality Assurance standards. The position offers hands-on learning, a clear growth path within the company, and the opportunity to work in a stable, fast-growing aerospace industry. Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field (education, technical training, or internships will be considered)
- High School degree
- Strong attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Must qualify as a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR regulations
Responsibilities
- Issue detailed parts, hardware, shelf life, and consumables per job traveler
- Pre-kit subassembly jobs and other jobs when released
- Communicate cross-departmentally on the status of jobs
- Conduct daily cycle counts
- Manage shelf-life materials by recording critical information into our ERP system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory
- Perform inspection functions and stamp issuance from Quality Assurance
- Adhere to all Quality Management System procedures and instructions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment while observing all applicable safety rules and regulations
