About The Position

This position reports to the Aftermarket Assembly Manager and is responsible for the fulfillment of all assigned duties within the Kit Department. The role involves supplying shipping with Aftermarket Kits and performing functions pertaining to the operations of the Kit Department.

Requirements

• Ability to gain knowledge of Kitting process and software required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate professionally required.
• Work efficient in a high paced environment.
• Flexible work hours required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to gain knowledge of company products.
• Comply with quality, environmental, safety and JOST company policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of warehouse or kitting preferred
• Basic computer skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Inspection of product and paperwork for shipment.
• Assemble and package to specification for kit orders.
• Use of email, reading prints, updating SAP, IGEAR work instructions, and other required software.
• Communicate with other departments as needed.
• Engage in continuous improvements projects as required.
• Perform any additional duties that have not been specifically stated, but which may be assigned and those that are logically and properly inherent to this position.
