About The Position

The Kitchen Utility Worker maintains cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to help ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Duties include daily cleaning, trash removal, dish and pot washing, and assisting with serving residents as needed. The role is based at Cranes Mill Retirement Community in West Caldwell, New Jersey.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing kitchen surfaces.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils promptly and efficiently.
• Remove trash and recyclables regularly and follow proper disposal methods.
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and serving during meal times.
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations.
