About The Position

Dash In, a proud member of the Wills Group family of brands, is launching a new, chef-inspired food concept within its 24/7 retail environment. They are seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join their Back of House (BOH) team to prepare dishes and provide an exceptional food service experience. The role involves crafting meals, ensuring food safety and quality, managing prep levels, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, operating food service equipment, and interacting with guests to provide a personalized experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete company-paid GED program).
• 1 year of food service experience, with line cook or prep cook experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification.
• Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software.
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to prepare culinary dishes.
• Monitor prep levels to ensure freshness and readiness for service.
• Maintain an organized and clean prep station.
• Receive and properly store delivered goods.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and impeccable appearance of the kitchen.
• Engage with guests to deliver a personalized experience.
• Operate various food service equipment, including deep fryers and slicers.
• Utilize proper lifting techniques for heavy containers (50-65 pounds).
