About The Position

As a Kitchen Team Member at Love’s, you will provide customer service while helping maintain a clean, stocked deli area. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role involves preparing deli items according to designated guides, maintaining food safety, and supporting the store cashier team with deli, coffee, and fountain bar upkeep. Team members may also cross-train in other departments.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 25 or more pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about menu offerings and address customer needs.
• Assist store cashier team members with cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars, keeping them stocked with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Prepare deli products according to designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, and parfait cups.
• Use methods and technologies to follow company policies and procedures and maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
