You'll work alongside a tight-knit crew to craft high-quality food from scratch, keep the kitchen running smoothly, and take real pride in what comes out of the window. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for food quality and cleanliness
• Ability to stay focused and positive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team-first attitude - you show up, you communicate, and you lift others up
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift

Nice To Haves

• Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following our house recipes and quality standards
• Set up and break down your station efficiently at the start and end of each shift
• Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment to keep everything running safely
• Follow proper food storage, handling, and temperature protocols at all times
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards throughout every shift
• Collaborate with front-of-house team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Support fellow kitchen crew members and step up when the rush hits
