About The Position

We are looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our evening shift team (2:00pm to 10:00pm) with a starting wage of $15.50 per hour, plus an additional $1 per hour premium for overnight shifts. As a Team Member at Dash In, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, preparing food, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and stock levels.
Requirements
- A year of kitchen or line cook experience.
- At least 1 year prior customer service experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
- Ability to complete a background and drug screen, if provided an offer.
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience is a bonus.
- A high school diploma/GED is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare delicious food that meets safety and quality standards.
- Engage with guests at our Made to Order (MTO) service area, suggesting meal upgrades to boost sales.
- Operate a variety of food service equipment like a pro, while ensuring the kitchen stays squeaky clean.
- Maintain stock levels, restocking shelves, and keeping the place looking fresh.
- Use proper lifting techniques to handle various items – from soft drink containers to ice.
