This role involves preparing food items according to standardized recipes, managing inventory through proper rotation of perishable goods, and ensuring adherence to all food safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will contribute to providing customers with the highest quality service in a fast-growing premium quality food market.

Responsibilities

• Preparing food items from given standardized recipes.
• Putting away incoming deliveries of products.
• Maintaining proper rotation for perishable food items in the fridge and freezer.
• Working safely and adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Cleaning and organizing the refrigerator and freezer.
• Cleaning the department area if closing.
• Filling the hot food table if working with a chef.
• Packaging prepared foods.
• Performing other duties as assigned by store management.
