The Kitchen Team Member position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements. The primary role is to provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner, maintain a clean restaurant environment, prepare and serve food items in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations, and ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met. This role also involves keeping accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records, following all government laws and safety codes, and completing reports on all incidents following the company's 5-minute rule policy.
