About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Team Member to join our team at St. James Winery. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organized kitchen while supporting food preparation and cooking operations. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients
• Cook and assemble menu items according to established standards
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and maintain dish pit cleanliness
• Ensure all kitchen areas meet sanitation and cleanliness standards
• Support team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
• Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
