About The Position

Dash In, a proud member of the Wills Group family of brands, is launching a new, chef-inspired food concept revolutionizing the retail food industry in a 24/7 environment. We are seeking enthusiastic Team Members to join our Back of House (BOH) team, responsible for preparing delicious meals and delivering an exceptional food service experience to our guests. The starting wage is $16.50 per hour, with an additional $1 per hour premium for overnight shifts.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (or ability to complete company-paid GED program).
1 year of food service experience, preferably as a line cook or prep cook.
Flexibility to work days, nights, overnights, and weekends.
Authorized to work in the United States.
18 years of age or older.
Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Active ServSafe certification, or a similar qualification.
Tech-savviness, including familiarity with POS software.
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to prepare culinary dishes.
Monitor prep levels to ensure freshness and readiness for service.
Maintain and organize the prep station, including restocking and tidiness.
Receive and properly store incoming goods.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the kitchen.
Engage with guests to provide a personalized experience.
Operate food service equipment such as deep fryers and slicers.
Use proper lifting techniques to handle large containers (e.g., five-gallon soft drink containers, 50-65 pounds).
