About The Position
We are looking for a dedicated, no-nonsense Kitchen team member to join our team. If you’re a hard worker who stays focused on the goal, stays out of the drama, and takes pride in a clean kitchen, you’ll fit right in. As a Kitchen Team Member, you are the engine of our facility. You’ll use high-quality ingredients to prep and serve delicious meals in a fast-paced environment. We need someone experienced, efficient, and committed to a high standard of consistency.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work every weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Ability to work until closing, whether that is 11:00 PM or 1:00 AM.
- Full availability to work all major holidays without issue.
- Must be able to stay busy, follow directions, keep your station clean, and be a great team player.
- 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen.
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification preferred, not required
Responsibilities
- Set up the kitchen and prepare food in an appealing, consistent manner.
- Strictly follow recipes and maintain proper food storage, rotation (FIFO), and handling.
- Maintain a spotless workspace and participate in deep-cleaning and closing procedures.
- Work seamlessly with the kitchen team and management to get the job done.
