About The Position
Be part of the team behind our famous family-style chicken dinners. As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll help plate and prepare meals, maintain quality and temperature, and keep service running smoothly in a high-volume kitchen serving thousands of guests each day. This role offers growth opportunities, with many team members progressing to roles such as Fry Cook, Line Cook, Prep/Production Cook, and Kitchen Supervisor.
Requirements
- Reliable and ready to work

- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
- Black dress/work pants, black slip-resistant shoes, and a white collared shirt or chef coat
Responsibilities
- Hot Line (Steam Table): Maintain temperatures and quality of food items, monitor and portion serving sizes for guests. Communicate with dining room servers and cooks regarding food item needs.
- Cold Prep, Salads & Desserts: Maintain temperature and quality of food items, monitor and portion serving sizes for guests. Prepare batches of coleslaw, pasta salad, etc. Plate cold plates such as salads, sandwiches, and desserts for guest presentation.
