About The Position

Dishwashers play an important role in keeping Wally’s kitchen running smoothly. This position helps maintain a clean, organized kitchen by ensuring dishes, cookware, and utensils are properly washed, sanitized, and ready for use. Working as part of the Kitchen Team, dishwashers support food preparation by keeping work areas clean and helping the kitchen stay organized during busy periods. The role is active and fast-paced, and it’s a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with a team, and taking pride in a clean and well-run kitchen. Requirements

Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork mindset
Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment so the culinary team always has clean tools ready to go.
Help keep dish areas, sinks, floors, and surrounding kitchen spaces clean and organized throughout the shift.
Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as organizing dishes, restocking supplies, and helping maintain an efficient workflow during busy periods.
Maintain proper sanitation practices and follow food safety procedures to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment.
Support kitchen team members by staying organized, communicating clearly, and helping wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
