FreshTake Grocery is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Foodservice team as Kitchen Team Members (Cooks). This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality food preparation and maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service. We are looking for team players who thrive in a in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cook or line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure
Nice To Haves
- Culinary school education or certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and portion sizes
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, and fryers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and storage areas
- Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
