About The Position

Join a fast-paced kitchen team where your work plays an essential role in daily operations and guest experience. As a Kitchen Support Specialist, you’ll help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently by maintaining cookware, utensils, and work areas to the highest sanitation standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in teamwork, organization, and creating a safe, health-department-ready environment behind the scenes.

Requirements

2+ years of hospitality, guest services, or customer experience
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to build relationships with both guests and team members
Strong organizational and multitasking skills while developing and managing projects.
Must be able to stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to work in a crowded and noisy environment.
Must be able to obtain a Minnesota Racing Commission gaming license

Nice To Haves

Experience with promotions, events, or guest engagement is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.
Clean and maintain kitchen floors, walls, equipment, and work areas.
Organize and properly store cookware, utensils, and supplies.
Empty garbage, recycling, and linen bins while keeping areas free of debris.
Maintain and clean the dishwashing machine on a regular schedule.
Assist with kitchen organization, cleaning projects, and occasional food prep as needed.
